Thanks to the tireless work of our neighborhood watch program, we now know the name of the leader of the gang of vandals who have plagued Southridge with destruction. The leader simple goes by the name of “Bandit.” We also know that he sometimes uses a black Pontiac Trans Am as his get away vehicle. No description of the man as of yet, but we are working on questioning suspects of the gang’s latest effort. Once again the Chicoine Home was the target of the Bandit’s wrath. Vulgar insinuations were taped to their garage, along with damage to their lovely yard, and obstructed entry ways. You can view pictures found on the scene at the bottom of the page. We are still investigating to see if the man in the pictures is actually "Bandit." If you have any information regarding the Bandit and his clan please post it in our comment area. Also this weekend Jeff & I went to Port Aransas to fish. Fishing was fabulous on Friday afternoon after about 3 PM, but the wind was terrible on Saturday and made it difficult for us. We waded out in the flats across from The Crab Man and in Lighthouse Park. I love wading out at Lighthouse Park, but our lines kept getting attacked by seagulls, so we had to change spots. To the left is a picture of sundown at the flats across from The Crab Man. We caught lots of trout and reds, but most were not of legal size so we had to throw them back. We ended up checking out on Saturday instead of Sunday because we had a problem with our hotel, Best Western Ocean Villa.
If anyone has a poll question they would like to see on the blog, please let me know.

I will definitely keep my eyes open in case the Bandit tries to strike again! And I'll keep the camera close by to capture the evidence! These shameful acts of vandalism must be stopped! ;)
we too have heard of said bandit, however I don't think it's personal You probably just bought the wrong housr, if you would have purchased the lovely one at the end of the street (126 ocotillo) this would have never happened.
I think the bandit stole my underwear...
As the forkee I feel violated. The bandit is a sneaky person and I will be on the look out. It forkin sucks.
