It’s been a busy holiday season, but things are getting back to normal. Everyone has headed back to work and school. We have a lot of wonderful memories from the holidays, like karaoke at The Oasis and all the neighborhood Guitar Heros.
We have countless great singers in our neighborhood and thankfully not a soul was too bashful to let the world share in their gift of song. Jeff was all too willing to sing a classic, “I’m Too Sexy,” while Terri and Jani gave us a more current song with “My Humps.” Everyone gave it a shot, so be sure to check the photos at the bottom of the page I'll post later today. Hopefully the photos aren’t fuzzy this time.
There were also a few “Bandit” sightings this festive season. On Christmas Eve the bandit left the Chicoine family a present on their front porch in the form of a toilet. The toilet had a Christmas message written on it along with an orangutan sitting on top of it. The same toilet found its way to Sizemore house and was located next to their blow up Santa. Photos of these acts can be viewed below. The last “alleged” sighting was on New Year’s Eve at the Oasis. Patrons heard the song “East Bound and Down,” but were unable to determine the singer’s identity.
Hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
