Is It Really February????

This weekend in Southridge was a fun one. Friday night we started at Juan & Sonya’s for a little cookout. Love Sonya’s Pesto Pasta! Yummy! Then we headed down to Tim & Terri’s house for a few drinks and enough time for Sonya to smash everyone at darts. We ended the night at James & Kelly’s for a few drinks and a little soak in the hot tub, which I skipped. I am not looking forward to bathing suit season. I think we must have had a quota for walking back & forth to houses that night. Oh well, some of us needed the exercise.

Saturday there was a get together at Tim & Terri’s in honor of Martha’s birthday, didn’t make that either. I think all the walking Friday night must have dehydrated me………yeah that’s right! Happy Birthday Martha! Sorry we missed it.

Sunday was an absolutely beautiful February day. Even though it already feels like June outside, it was a nice change. You know they say if you don’t like the weather in Texas, wait 5 minutes and it will change. Lee, Sherry, & the kids were down from San Antonio so we had plenty of good food, great friends, and lots of laughs. Some at the expense of a certain neighbor, but we won’t get into that……Poopy foot!
