Happy Easter Southridge & Southridge friends! Hope everyone has had a great weekend. It was good to see my cousins (Lynette, Courtney, Rodney, Mathew, and Loreli), hope we didn’t scare you too much. Can't wait to see your faces again. I hope you spread the word to the rest of our family that Southridge rocks! I'd love to see them come down sometime, even Little Bob.
This week in Southridge we started off with a great announcement when we went to karaoke. Apparently all of our begging and pleading worked, either that or Harvey grew tired of hearing our bitching. Karaoke has officially been moved to Friday nights, so nobody has any reason to say they can’t go because of work or school. Put on your big girl panties baby! I expect to see everyone there next Friday to show Harvey our support.
Instead of my normal narrating of the photos we took, I decided to take a different approach. The following is an illustration of everything that went on Thursday night.
On Friday we headed to Port Aransas, some of us later than others. It was a relatively calm night, so not much to report. Besides, I was too tired to pay attention.On Saturday the kids had a blast! The RV Park where Tim & Terri stay hosted an Easter Egg Hunt and had lots of games and prizes. Cam won a game by being the first to find his shoes and get them on. Yeay Cam! After the games were over we headed to the flats near Corpus for a little fishing, but as usual the kids caught more than we did. (Stupid Wind) Just give them a chicken leg and some string, and then watch them bring in the crabs! I love watching the kids crabbin. It’s so funny how excited they get.

well guys...had a blast at karaoke thursday night, and didn't even mind that half the bar came over and stayed until 3:00, at least not until Cam was up at 8:00 and ready to go to the beach! anyway, thanks again harvey for moving karaoke to Fridays!! as for our trip to the beach....i am still trying to get over being pissed about the weather, so that's all i am gonna say for now.
